26 year old Producer/DJ from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, VHOOR, continues to shine as one of Brazil’s brightest talents to make his mark on a global scale.

After his success with rapper FBC for their collaborative album Baile, sold-out shows throughout N. America and Europe, and his debut Boiler Room last year at Primavera Sound Barcelona, VHOOR is proud to present his latest album Resenha.

Resenha touches upon a multitude of influences from Jorge Ben’s album Tábua de Esmeralda and baile funk from São Paulo and his hometown of Belo Horizonte. The album revolves around contemplation, participation and recreation while invoking sentiments of listening, dancing and feeling.
The album features co-production from DJ/ Producer from Belo Horizonte, D.A.N.V, and São Paulo based Producer/DJ, DJ P7.

VHOOR continues to bridge Baile Funk and other Afro-Brazilian rhythms with global electronic music and hip hop production. Resenha continues to provide an entry point for non-Brazilian fans into the vast world of Brazilian club and street culture and Baile Funk in its many regional forms.
